InterMon is an online system for remote computer monitoring. On one end of this system, there's a system administrator and on the other - numbers of client computers, that are monitored. Every computer periodically reports itself to an online database, an administrator can quickly notice if the client computer network suddenly went offline for no reason and respond to the problem immediately. The InterMon system also enables clients to communicate with administrators by using special software (like a helpdesk). With the help of InterMon, a client can take a screenshot of an error message and send it to the administrator, asking for help.
InterMon consists of four separate programs: an internet mediator (database system), a service, administrator's and client's software. All of these are listed in project tree.
