Isis framework

Parsers is a collection of text parsing utilities. It has Delphi and PHP code highlighter and a BBCode parser. BBCode parser is very easy to use and extend. Adding new tags is as simple as defining your custom handler for unknown tags and having the tags passed to it during the parsing.
