This is a default Isis template engine. It is a required library and a basic method of forming your websites' design. The template engine has two parts - a main page (page source) and a file with many different html (or other) code parts (snippets). Both of the files are loaded and the snippets are then inserted into the main page source. Every snippet can have user defined variables that the template engine can replace with required values. A translation engine is also included in this library and is applied automatically by default whenever you tell the template to generate itself.
